Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Customer Support Representative who wants to work closely with customers and help them achieve success with our platform. You will be responsible for engaging with our customer on our help portal, running our customer support, and producing onboarding and training materials.

REQUIREMENTS
You should apply if:

- You have a deep interest in technology, have a background of working/tinkering with software, and are keen to learn more about technical concepts like API and scriptig

- You have at least Upper-Intermediate English level
WILL BE A PLUS
- Ability to write technical documentation
- Experience with eCommerce (Shopify, Magento, Prestashop), Content Management Systems technologies (Webflow, Strikingly, WordPress), or subscription management and payment technologies (Stripe, GoCardless, Zuora)
- An interest in learning how to code.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer to customer queries via email
- Train marketers, administrators, or IT users to use or administer our software
- Troubleshoot incidents, reproduce bugs, read error logs, understand root causes, and suggest workaround or fixes to customers
- Improve our self-help customer portal documentation, making sure it stays up-to-date with our product roadmap
- Be the voice of the customer to influence the product roadmap
- Keep track of new features and educate our customers on them
As you grow into the role, you could also expand your responsibilities:
- Be able to guide customers with API implementation
- Support the technical delivery and implementation of our product
- Run or write simple scripts and code to perform bulk actions

The subscription economy is exploding: 58 millions British people subscribe to services, be it Spotify, Amazon Prime, HelloFresh, ZipCar or the Economist. We’re building a Subscription Commerce Platform to help businesses sell subscription products with more agility, speed, and flexibility.

The team consists of 12 members from the client side.
WORK SCHEDULE
Full-time working day (Lviv or remote), flexible working hours.
